This webinar is intended for representatives of universities and research organisations, including institutional leaders, HR professionals, research managers, and colleagues involved in the implementation of Gender Equality Plans.
The aim is not to present abstract principles, but to share concrete institutional experience — what works in practice, what proves challenging, and how gender equality and diversity can be implemented in a systematic and sustainable way.
