Scientific Committee

The Scientific Committee provides scientific guidance and support to the WP Leaders. It consists of two groups:

  • Permanent Members: These are Board members of Alliance4Life with a scientific background who contribute their expertise to ensure scientific excellence and relevance in the project’s activities.
  • External Experts: These experts are invited to the committee based on the specific needs of each work package, providing additional knowledge and insights into particular scientific domains as required.

Thematic Focus Groups

Alliance4Life has established eight thematic focus groups, each focusing on a specific area of research management and administration. Each group is led by a Focus Group Chair and supported by a Co-Chair. These focus groups facilitate subject relevant discussions and collaboration among experts from different member institutions, fostering knowledge sharing and joint initiatives.
